Spanish & Italian speaking Customer Support Engineer with good IT or Telecoms support centre background. Some working knowledge of IT - ideally any experience of networking TCP/IP, IP routing, switches, VPN, ADSL, RAID servers. Any Unix or Linux exposure is a bonus. Must be fluent in English, Spanish and Italian, any other languages also of interest. Must be very customer focussed, good helpdesk or face-to-face customer support background.
